Another group’s specialty is pre-press and production. One of our team members does nothing but pay-per-click management; another does search engine optimization and Web development.

Hi. My name is Caroline Melberg. For over
20 years I’ve had the great pleasure
of creating marketing communications materials
for some of the largest and most successful
companies in the world.
During that time, I managed hundreds of millions of marketing dollars for the companies I worked for and hundreds of thousands of partnership and affiliate marketing dollars as well. I also was honored by 5 Individual Awards for Excellence, but I’m proudest of my 2 Team Awards for Excellence.

I don’t have a traditional “Agency” background – in fact, I’ve never worked for a traditional agency at all! My marketing background is in client-side experience, where I’ve hired and worked with some of the largest “traditional” agencies around.
What I learned was that traditional agencies are still operating the same way they have for over 100 years. They are very expensive to operate and not very efficient. Their organization is based on historical precedence, which ignores the tremendous efficiencies available from new technology.
And I learned that there IS a better way.

My dream when I decided to open my own marketing communications agency was to leverage my client-side “big company” experience to provide my customers with customized, blue chip-quality marketing materials, fast – and at a low cost.
